ALTHEA KOREAoffers a 30-days unconditional refund, and return shipping fee!

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases (for any reason) you can send back the products to ALTHEA KOREA for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Return must be made within 30-days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be returned together with their original packaging
• Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for returns. Only regular items.

POSTAGE CHARGES
Customers will have to bear the postage fee when shipping back to the ALTHEA KOREA Fulfillment Center during the return process. ALTHEA KOREA will reimburse up to US$10 of your return shipping cost.

RETURN PROCESS

    Wow this is great news for those who'd like to get their hands on K-beauty stuff! I've to go check their site/app to see if their prices are as great as when you shop in Korea itself. I was astounded when I found out the prices are 2x or 3x cheaper when bought directly in stores in Seoul!

    I am a bit anxious purchasing cosmetics. The main reason is that I don't know if it will be good on my skin or not. I have known some people whose face color gets worse after they used a particular make up. I wonder if the beauty products from Korea cater to all skin types.

      It does cater to all skin type and most of their skincare line are not harsh unlike the western brands. Better visited some Kbeauty store and request for samples.
